The plumber arrived within the stated time period. He was pleasant and professional. He located the problem area and explained what needed to be done to rectify the issue. Happy with the interaction with the plumber.

The engineer was polite and helpful, and when the pipe broke was able to find a solution.

Did a great job for us fitting anew boiler in a really old house, which wasnt straight forward. Other tradesmen had quoted us double, and told us a load of work was needed, whereas McCanns found a way around it. Knows what he is doing, and a good bloke.

Mark came and installed us a new boiler when our old one had finally given up the ghost and he moved all the necessary pipe work for us and everything for us as we wanted the new one in a different place. I would definitely recommend him, he's very honest, knows his stuff and didn't try and rip us off.
