Modernised a 1950 bungalow. Knocked out large brick fireplaces and made good. Refitted a bathroom, Cloakroom and a Kitchen plus utlity. Redecorated.He was on site checking progress and made sure the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Stuck to his quotation. Lots of experience.

Our community hall employed Handford Construction recently to complete a range of storage cupboards. From the outset, the company was professional, the quote was detailed, and communication was good during the works when there were any issues to discuss. We were very pleased with the completed works and the final invoice was as expected with no "hidden extras". Everything left clean and tidy.

My ridge tiles blew off in the recent storm, so I got Mark from thomson local.He was straight talking, which I like, an came round that day to put them back on till he could do perm job. His builders came today did great job, were very polite an left no mess would definetly recomend Mark.

Bal did a brilliant job renovating our semi-detached house and building a side and rear extension. We were really impressed with the way Bal and his team worked on the project. His team was there Monday to Saturday for 15 weeks working really hard to get the job done on time and in budget. Their work was of high quality and they tidied up every day. Bal always listened to what we wanted and offered great advice to help us design of the inside of the house. We were really happy with final result and want to thank Bal and his team for building our dream house. I would highly recommended them.

We can honestly say Bal did a fantastic job. From the moment he first met us to discuss the project, Bal showed an genuine interest. Bal was in constant contact with us throughout every stage of the building works, making sure that our requirements (and building regs) were met. We have had ongoing problems with an extension wall. We have had people in previously to fix it but they have never done that good of a job. We got R M contacts to try and fix it and we are confident they have sorted it. The builders are very friendly but professional, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. I had my porch done, and what a fantastic job they have done, really good quality. All of the chaps that came out were very polite and friendly and they cleaned up after themselves, they even cleaned the windows. I am so pleased with the job, I would absolutely recommend these, all day. Just fantastic.

I had a really positive experience with this company, they had to replace some of the lead on my roof that was badly cracked. They have done a good job and the chap that came to do it was very competent and knew what he was talking about. Highly recommended by me.

Matthew removed a window and created space for a new front door with side panels. All work was completed to a high quality and on time. What impressed me most was the time taken to ensure no damage was done to all parts of the house and driveway, and the fact that they always cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. I will definitely use Matthew again and would recommend him and his teams work to anyone.

Mathew done a natural indian sand stone patio in my own house and a few steps, this was to a very high standard. Mathew and the boys are very highley qualified trades men.
