I would happily recommend Dorset Vehicle Rentals, Dorchester, to anyone looking to rent a van, I've used them before and the service was fantastic so I didn't hesitate to use them again. My mum actually recommend them to me as she'd heard such good things. I was moving from Southampton to Plymouth, but rather than use a local firm I used Dorset Vehicle Rental because of their great service. John went above and beyond to find me the right van, which was 7.5 tonnes, and it was ready and waiting for me on the day.

I hired a car from them and whilst we were loading it found that my mothers wheelchair wouldn't fit in the back. They were so accommodating and swapped the car for a more suitable one and went through all the new paperwork with no bother what so ever. I cant praise Dorset Vehicle Rentals enough, I've been using then for the past 20-30 years. They are the only place that hires out a van with a tow bar which is so handy. Every time I go in the staff are always the same people and are brilliant, I think that says a lot about a company if the staff have been their a long time. They are very accommodating at short notice and generally provide a fantastic service. I couldn't recommend them more.
