Failed to complete job. Apparently gone into administration. Taken our money and not completed the build. Left us with a home that is inhabitable. failed to meet building inspection standards and we are now having to have the work re done with another firm. 6 months of leaving us in limbo with weeks with no work being carried out delays on items arriving. Injuries to our pet due to lack of care from their work men. Poor communication. The list goes on. Heart breaking. I don't write this review lightly but every chance has been given for Tom and this firm to complete the contracted work with exceptions made for alleged ill health.

Tom's team did a brilliant job, fitting 6 windows and a door. Despite a glass supply issue. The team returned to rectify some minor snagging work, and left the job completed to a high standard. Tom kept in touch throughout. All for a realistic price. Highly recommended. Frank in Bolton.

Having read the other reviews I couldnt agree more with the majority of them that where first class. We have had our conservatory glass roof replaced by a tiled one, Tom came and gave us a lot of advice and a comprehensive quote. We hired Advanced Conservatory Systems for new windows and doors throughout the whole house and they were absolutely fantastic, their work was brilliant, they were very polite and very clean, they kept on tidying up after themselves, we would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbours, top marks without a doubt.

Tom who came out to give me a price was excellent and very reassuring regarding the products to be used. The fitters were also great, they said they would be all done in 2 days and they were, leaving everything neat and tidy.
