Very helpful and prompt service, kept me informed and was easy to pay by card although they don't invoice. The locksmith arrived on time and replaced the mortice lock and left within 40mins.

The guy that attended was very pleasant and quickly gained entry for me, it states that you will attend in half an hour but that is not realistic as it took an hour and half for attendance so this time frame needs reviewing other than that a good service

Absolutely brilliant. Spoke with 3 different members of staff, including the chap that did the job. All were so friendly and helpful and put me at my ease. The job was looked at and sorted very quickly for what I consider a very reasonable price. As a single woman who has watched far too many episodes of cowboy builders I am always scared of trades. Excellent service!!! There was a mix up with the times, ( my fault) but they apologised and came back out when I was in. He quickly repaired the conservatory lock and adjusted my front door as he noticed it had dropped!! Delightful service, and I would highly recommend them!! 10 out of 5 for me!!
