My dear wife managed to lock us out of our new home today but fortunately my daughter managed to contact Holdfast Security, Jordan arrived with in an hour and fitted a new lock in minutes. What a pleasant young man, its so refreshing to still be able to get a first rate service like this. I would absolutely no hesitation in recommending Holdfast Security for any security problems.

Very helpful and prompt service, kept me informed and was easy to pay by card although they don't invoice. The locksmith arrived on time and replaced the mortice lock and left within 40mins.

The guy that attended was very pleasant and quickly gained entry for me, it states that you will attend in half an hour but that is not realistic as it took an hour and half for attendance so this time frame needs reviewing other than that a good service

I have used Arvco Locksmiths (Rob) twice in the last 12 months for two separate issues with my UPVC door. On both occasions I had a turn out at very short notice (with one turnout within a couple of hours of my call and also between scheduled jobs) On both occasions he completed the work professionally. I would highly recommend and hopefully I won't require his services for a while but as and when I do I will be calling him first.
