They did an brilliant job with the decorating and we will be using them again in the future. The staff were professional and friendly and we had no trouble at all with using them. We were lucky to find Michael who came to us to paint our garage door, but despite it being a small job he did it personally, and with painstaking skill. I have used Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services for several projects in our home and would highly recommend Michael and his team. They completely redecorated our hall, stairs and landing to a very high standard. We were delighted with the end result. When we unexpectedly had a water leak from pipes in our loft during the project, Michael quickly dealt with the matter by hiring a dehumidifier to dry out the damp area on the ceiling. He ensured that stains were removed and paintwork completed thoroughly to provide an excellent finish. He also dealt efficiently with a separate damp stain on the living room ceiling caused by a shower leak by applying a stain stop and repainting the problem area to a high standard. Michael is courteous, very approachable and trustworthy. He is a great project manager and keeps in regular communication on the status of each project. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.
